Why did you go into business?  One day I realized the owner’s of the firm I worked for (Porter/Novelli) were normal people just like me...and if they could do it and be successful, so could I.
Why is your business a success?  We provide our clients with superior, tailored pubic relations service and counsel.

The best business advice you received?  Don’t put all your eggs in one basket -- diversify
The biggest business mistake you made?  Not retaining the firm I worked for as a client prior to leaving to start my firm.  (Turned out that they did become one of my first clients.)

Tips for persons wanting to open a business:  Do your homework on the industry, find a mentor, network and make contacts, join appropriate organizations/associations, use resources wisely (find free counsel and services like MCBAP), barter your services, pray hard.
What would you like people to know about your company?  We bring 15 years of public relations experience to the table and provide communications solutions for clients with a range of needs.  We launch national and local public awareness campaigns, forge public/private partnerships, manage special events, media and community relations, provide writing and broadcast services, develop health communications programs, reach multicultural audiences and conduct diversity training workshops.  We offer strategic counsel that works!
